Herb Grilled Chicken & Oven-Fried Potatoes

Oven-Fried Potatoes:
8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Place potatoes in a large resealable plastic bag.  Combine Parmesan and seasonings; add to bag and shake to coat.  Pour into a parchment or foil-lined baking pan (I prefer parchment; the potatoes stick less).  Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly.  Bake at 400 degrees 40-45 min. or til tender and lightly golden.  8-10 servings.
