Sweet and Sour Meatballs (Our Best Bites)

1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 T dehydrated onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 Cup bread crumbs

Sauce:
3/4 Cup brown sugar
3 T flour
1 1/2 Cups water or pineapple juice( I used pineapple juice)
1/4 Cup white vinegar
3 T soy sauce

In a bowl, combine meatball ingredients.  Form into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.  Broil for 5-7 minutes, until browned.

In a large saucepan, whisk together ingredients and bring to a boil.  Add the meatballs and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring often.  Serve over rice.
