French Dips

1 beef roast
4 beef bouillion cubes
1 pkg. dry italian dressing mix
4 C. water

Place ingredients in crock pot and cook all day until tender. Shred meat and serve it on toated rolls. Can melt cheese like muenster, provolone, or havarti on rolls as well. Serve with juice leftover in the crock pot for dipping.
