Lemon Parmesan Chicken


  • 2-3 pounds chicken breasts
  • grated parmesan cheese, mixed with favorite all-purpose seasoning
  • butter
  • 2 lemons

Slice chicken breasts in half, horizontally. Pound each thin slice with mallet if desired.  Dredge chicken breasts in seasoned parmesan cheese mixture.  Heat butter in pan over medium high heat.  Place chicken in pan and sear until brown, about 3 minutes.  Flip over and cook about 2 minutes more.  Place in preheated 350 oven for about 10 minutes to finish cooking. Squeeze fresh lemons over the top of cooked chicken.
