Mexican Mostaccioli

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small can green chiles
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 jar salsa
  • 1/2 can petite diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 lb cooked mostaccioli (or penne)
  • cheese
Brown meat in large skillet.  Add chiles, tomato sauce, salsa, and tomatoes.  Combine meat mixture and cooked pasta.  Spoon pasta and meat into a 9x13 pan (spray pan with cooking spray first).  Top with cheese.  Cover with foil.  Bake at 350 for one hour.*

*I will check mine at 30 minutes to see if I like the consistency
