Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can be frozen)
1/2 - 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
one small onion diced small
1/4 cup flour
4 cups water
8 tsp chicken soup base
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 10 ct canned biscuits (the small ones, not Grands(

Directions:
1. place the chicken and vegetables in the crockpot
2. add flour, soup base and seasonings
3. add water and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours
4. when you are sure the chicken is done, shred it in the crockpot as best you can, then cut up the biscuits into 4 - 6 pieces each and put them on top
5. cook for 2 hours on low or 1 on high - stirring twice during that time. 
Will most likely need more salt and pepper at this point.
