Pizza Pull-Apart Bread

2 cans or packages pizza dough or biscuits
2 cups (or more) mozzarella cheese (or a blend of cheeses)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (I forgot to give you this - sorry!)
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 8-oz package pepperoni
Olive oil

Generously grease a Bundt pan, tube pan, or 9x13 baking pan (I recommend the 9x13, and line it with foil - I tried a Bundt pan and the baked-on cheese was REALLY hard to get off.  Also, no way was it going turn out onto a plate like in the picture.  But maybe a tube pan would work better than a fluted Bundt pan.)

In a bowl, combine cheeses, pepperoni (cut into fourths), Italian seasoning, garlic, and about 1 Tbsp oil (more if you like).  Cut pizza dough into bite-size pieces and cover bottom of pan with about a third of the dough (if using a Bundt or tube pan - in a 9x13, use half the dough).  Top with about a third (half if using a 9x13 pan) of the cheese/pepperoni mixture.  Repeat layers.  Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes (takes longer in a Bundt/tube pan) until browned on top, and dough in the middle is cooked.  Serve with warmed pizza sauce.  Yum!
