Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri Sauce

Use half the container of chimichurri for marinating the pork (marinate for an hour), then grill 30-40 minutes or til just a tiny bit pink in the center (it will continue to cook after you take it off the grill).  Serve remaining chimichurri on the side.  Roast or boil potatoes as a side dish.
