crock pot potato soup

1- 30 oz bag of frozen hash browns
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3- 14 oz cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-8oz block of cream cheese (not fat free or lowfat, it won't melt)

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot except cream cheese, cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Top with garnishes: Cheese, bacon, green onions, sour cream, etc...
