Ritz Chicken with Herbed Cream Sauce

5-6 chicken breasts pounded even

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 sleeve Ritz crackers

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 8oz carton onion and chive cream cheese

1 cup chicken broth


Crush crackers in a plastic bag, add cheese to crumbs and shake up to mix. In a bowl, beat the egg and add milk. Dip chicken in egg then in crackers and place on greased baking sheet. Top each piece with a small pat of butter and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until done.

Put broth and cream cheese in a sauce pan - bring to a boil and stir constantly for 3 minutes. Serve over chicken.
