Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients:






slider/dinner/potato/kaiser rolls (any small roll will do)






herbed cream cheese






fresh basil leaves






prepared sun dried tomato chutney






2 lbs. ground chicken



2 cups panko bread crumbs



1/2 tsp. thyme



1/2 cup Parmesan cheese






olive oil






directions:






mix bread crumbs, thyme and Parmesan cheese.






form small patties - about three inches wide (to fit rolls) of ground chicken and roll them in bread crumb/cheese mixture pressing lightly to coat.






drizzle olive oil on hot griddle and cook patties until golden brown (3-4 minutes on each side).






assemble sandwiches.
