Turkey Burgers
- 3 lbs. ground turkey
- 1/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 C finely minced onion
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 C fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t fresh ground pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients and shape into patties. Grill or cook in skillet until cooked through.
Place cooked patty on whole wheat bun topped with baby spinach, red onion, pepper jack cheese.
