Tropical Teriyaki Drumsticks


  • 1 C. teriyaki marinade
  • 3/4 C. pineapple juice
  • 20 chicken drumsticks
  • Garnish: pineapple wedges, chopped cilantro, peanuts

1.Combine marinade and pineapple juice and pour over chicken to marinate.  Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

2. Place chicken on baking sheet lined with foil and coated with cooking spray.  Reserve marinade.

3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Brush with marinade; turn and brush other side. Discard marinade. Bake 10 minutes more or until cooked through.

4. Heat broiler. Broil drumsticks 3 minutes or until lightly charred in a few places. Serve garnished with pineapple, cilantro and nuts.


  1. this did not turn out as good as i had hoped. i may try it again but use chicken breasts instead of legs.
