Korean Beef

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pound lean hamburger (it really needs to be as lean as you can get it.)
8 oz mushrooms chopped.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper
salt and pepper

cooked rice

optional: lettuce leaves for wraps

Directions:

Mix sauce ingredients.

Cook mushrooms and meat with sauce.

Serve over cooked rice or mix with cooked rice and serve in lettuce leaves for yummy lettuce wraps.
