Spicy Tomato Pasta

1-1/2 lbs bacon
2-3 Serrano peppers
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
12 Roma tomatoes
Penne pasta
6 oz Feta cheese

Cook bacon in bite size pieces until browned and set aside. In a separate pan, sauté peppers, onion, and garlic in olive oil until tender. Cut up the tomatoes and add to the sauteed vegetables. Add the bacon and some bacon grease then simmer for 45-60 minutes, until the sauce is thick. Toss with pasta and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar.
