Creamy Crock-Pot Chicken & Rice

4-6 chicken breasts
1-2 packet dry Italian dressing mix (use 2 if you like extra flavor)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4-6 oz. cream cheese, cut in small pieces
hot cooked rice

Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with dressing mix; top with soup and cream cheese. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Stir to blend in cream cheese. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6-8 servings.
