Italian Sandwiches

Sandwich rolls
Ham
Salami
Provolone cheese
Italian veggie mix
Lettuce(optional)
Mayo
Mustard

Italian Veggie mix: 1 cucumber(halved and sliced), 1 tomato(cut into bite size pieces), 1 white or yellow onion (sliced), and several small dill pickles (sliced). Mix together and marinate in italian dressing for as long as you want.

Make up the sandwiches with mayo, mustard, meat, and cheese. Then heat under the broiler on the second shelf down on low heat setting. When the sandwich is heated through and the cheese is melted and a little browned, remove from the broiler. Add the lettuce and italian veggie mix.
