Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan


4 boneless breasts (I like to throw in a few thighs as well)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup uncooked rice


Place chicken on bottom of greased crock pot.  Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.  Cook on high heat 5 hours or low heat for 9 hours.
