Teriyaki Burgers

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 C. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 large onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 C. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/2 t. ground ginger
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 egg

Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs and onion.  Mix together remaining ingredients then add to meat mixture.  Form patties and grill over medium heat until cooked through.  Serve on buns.
