Sweet and Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken

- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (14 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
Coat the inside of your crock pot with non-stick spray. Place all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours, or until chicken shreds very easily with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve in tacos with flour tortillas, lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream, and avocado.
jolene said she added a can of el pato sauce to make it a little spicier. good idea.
