Pork Roast with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Marinate pork roast in raspberry chipotle sauce (diluted with a little water) over night.  If grilling, butterfly roasts before marinating. 

For roasting in oven, preheat oven to 450.  Reduce to 350 after the meat goes in.  Cook 30 minutes per pound, until internal temperature is 165.  Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
