Red Beans and Rice

1 lb spicy pork sausage or reg jimmy dean
1 lg onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
3 (16oz) cans red beans, undrained
1 tsp garlic salt
2 T chili sauce
1 tsp worcestershire
Tabasco sauce to taste
hot steamed rice

In a heavy skillet, saute sausage, onions, and green pepper, until lightly brown. Add beans, garlic salt, chili sauce, and simmer uncovered for 1 hour. serve over rice.
