Spaghetti w/browned butter and myzithra cheese

This is one of my favorite things at spaghetti factory! I found the myzithra cheese at Frys, in the specialty cheese section.

2 cubes of butter
1/3 to 1/2 lb. of myzithra cheese (finely shredded)
1 package of spaghetti or angel hair pasta

directions: melt the butter in a saucepan until browned. Ladle butter over individual servings of noodles and then sprinkle the cheese over the top. I like it mixed half and half with a meat sauce.

meat sauce recipe:

6 or 7 medium sized fresh tomatoes
1/2 lb of regular pork sausage
1/2 lb ground beef
1 med onion
2- 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 handful fresh basil cut into small pieces
1 to 2 tsp minced fresh garlic
salt to taste
sugar to taste

directions:
Peel the tomatoes by boiling them for about 60 seconds then putting them in ice water. The skins will peel right off. Cut them in half and drain the seeds and excess water out of them. Then add them to the pot with the tomato sauce, basil, water, garlic, and salt.

Brown the sausage, ground beef, and onion together, then add them to the pot and simmer for 2 hours or till desired consistency. Add sugar to taste.
