Creamy Italian Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 oz. (or more, if you like) cream cheese
Hot cooked rice

Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with entire envelope of Italian dressing mix. Top with soup and cream cheese (cut in small pieces). Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or til chicken is tender. Serve over hot cooked rice. Makes 6-8 servings.
