Cheese Fondue

1/4 cup flour
1 lb cheddar-jack cheese, finely grated
1-1/4 cup milk

Shake flour in bag with cheese. In a sauce pan or fondue pot, heat milk until simmering.
Add cheese by small handfuls, stirring until cheese melts.

dippers:
French bread (cut into cubes ), ham (I like to use costco ham steaks cut into cubes and browned), steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms)
