Hot Ham & Cheese Wraps

2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 flour tortillas (10 in.)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
1/4 lb. thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/4 lb. thinly sliced hard salami
1/2 cup roasted sweet red peppers, drained and julienned (optional)
1/4 lb. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Marinara or pizza sauce

Brush 1 Tbsp. oil on one side of tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Layer tortillas with ham, provolone cheese, salami, red peppers and mozzarella cheese. Fold in side of tortillas; roll up. Place seam side down in a greased baking pan (fitting the rolls tightly against each other will help keep them rolled). Brush with remaining oil; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with warm marinara or pizza sauce. Makes 4 servings.
