Honey Butter Chicken

For you, Laura

  • Chicken (breasts, thighs, whatever you like)
  • Tony Chachare’s creole seasoning
  • ¼ C. lemon juice
  • ¼ C. honey
  • ¼ C. melted butter

Season chicken with T.C.’s and place in shallow baking pan in a single layer.  Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

Combine honey, lemon juice, and melted butter and pour over chicken.  Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting a few times.  Cut up cooked chicken in pan to soak up some of the juice before serving.
