Sour Cream Chicken

• 4 chicken breasts
• ¼ C butter + 1 T butter
• ½ C white wine
• 1/3 C chopped onions
• 1 C sour cream
• ¼ C sliced black olives
• ¼ C chives, chopped
Melt ¼ C butter in skillet and sauté chicken (whole or in pieces). Pour wine over chicken and steam until tender (about 20 min).
In small pan, sauté onions in butter until tender. Add sour cream, olives and chives. Pour over chicken. Serve over rice or noodles.
