Grandma Roper’s Potato Salad



• 5 lbs. potatoes
• 1 C buttermilk
• 1 C mayonnaise
• Salt & pepper
• Chives
• Parsley
Boil potatoes with skin on. Cool and cube. Combine buttermilk and mayonnaise, add salt, pepper, parsley and chives to taste. Mix in with potatoes. Yummy when still warm!

  1. alright - I am going to start posting some stuff - the hard part is that I don't really have recipes, but I am trying to get some written down. We have to change the name of this to Grandma Ropers Potato Salad - Alan's great-grandma is the one who started making this.
