Chicken-Lickin' Good Pork Chops
6-8 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1 1/2 t. garlic salt
fresh ground pepper
1 can chicken & rice soup (I like it saucy, so I use two small cans or one family size can)
Combine flour, dry mustard, garlic salt, and pepper. Coat pork chops in flour mixture, then brown in butter. Place pork chops in crock pot and cover with soup (undiluted). Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
