Pork and Pineapple Slow Cooked Sandwich

Ingredients: 

2-3 pound pork shoulder
1 Tbls pink Hawaiian sea salt
1 onion chopped fine
1 can crushed pineapple w juice
1 bottle Hawaiian BBQ sauce
1 package Hawaiian Sweet rolls
1 can pineapple slices

Directions:

1. Cook pork topped with chopped onion, salt, can of crushed pineapple and half the bottle of BBQ sauce in crock pot on low 6-7 hours, on high 4-5 hours or in Instant Pot on Manual for 60 minutes. 

2. Grill pineapple slices on hot grill or in a pan - to caramelize the outside a little. 

3. When pork is cooked, remove from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Put shredded pork back into slow cooker to keep warm and cover with more sauce as desired.

4. Build your sandwich: Bottom bun, pineapple pork, BBQ Sauce, grilled pineapple slice and top bun.
