Ham and Swiss Croissant Sliders

Ingredients
  • 12 Mini Croissants or Dinner Rolls (for food group I am doing 18)
  • 6 - 8 ounces of sliced ham
  • 6 - 8 ounces of sliced Swiss cheese
  • 6 teaspoons mayonnaise as desired
  • 1 cube melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
  1. Slice the croissants and spread the top half with 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
  2. Top the bottom half with a 1/2 ounce of ham and 1/2 ounce of swiss.
  3. Place sandwiches in a baking dish and heat oven to 350.
  4. Mix together butter, mustard and poppy seeds and pour over the tops of the sandwiches.
  5. Cover the baking dish tightly with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes.
