Ham and Swiss Croissant Sliders

Ingredients
- 12 Mini Croissants or Dinner Rolls (for food group I am doing 18)
- 6 - 8 ounces of sliced ham
- 6 - 8 ounces of sliced Swiss cheese
- 6 teaspoons mayonnaise as desired
- 1 cube melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Slice the croissants and spread the top half with 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
- Top the bottom half with a 1/2 ounce of ham and 1/2 ounce of swiss.
- Place sandwiches in a baking dish and heat oven to 350.
- Mix together butter, mustard and poppy seeds and pour over the tops of the sandwiches.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes.
