Creamy Italian Chicken

2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts (about 4-5 breasts)
1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
4 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
hot cooked rice

Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle dressing mix over chicken; then cut up cream cheese into small pieces and place on top of the chicken. Spoon soup over all. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Stir sauce to mix in cream cheese (it's easier if you remove the chicken first); add a little water if the sauce is too thick. Serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 4-6.
